1. During this process we will get to know you better, discuss your budget, review photos from magazines and books to see
examples of design styles you admire, and encourage you to think back to memorable places you have enjoyed throughout
your life so we can incorporate some of these ideas in your exterior design. We'll discuss your lifestyle and how you will use
your home's exterior space. All these discussions will guide us towards developing a comprehensive and realistic list of design
items which will make your landscape design both functional and inspirational.
2. We will take this list of design items we developed and create a preliminary landscape plan to illustrate our design intent.
Along with this plan, you will be provided a detailed cost breakdown for every aspect of your project. Many landscape

3. After careful review of the preliminary design, you will have the opportunity to make revisions. Once we agree on a final
design, we will adjust your costs accordingly and then proceed to the Construction Process.
